We are able to build models showing various levels of plan contribution. Prevailing Wage / Davis Bacon Pension Plans

Clients in the construction business who build projects using Government funding may qualify to offer Prevailing Wage pension plans to their employees. These plans help direct a portion of the Government.

Defined Benefit Plans / Cash Balance Plans

Traditional defined benefit pension plans were at one time the solid foundation on which our countries retirement system stood. Today, many professional practices (medical, legal, financial) can find benefit in sponsoring this type of retirement plan that may allow for larger deductible contributions than a 401(k).

403(b) Plans

For more than 40 years the world of 403(b) retirement plans were largely unregulated. On July 27, 2007 Treasury issued new final regulations that outline the oversight 403(b) plan sponsors must now comply with. APS can provide all legal documents, compliance and common remitter services for both single vendor and multi-vendor
403(b) plans.
 

457 Plans

Section 457 retirement plans have been the mainstay of governmental units and municipalities for decades. APS can provide all legal documents and full administration for these plans sponsored by cities, counties, townships as well as for the non-profit and for-profit businesses that qualify to offer these plans to their employees.
